About 爱搜款

爱搜款 is a business-card search platform for the apparel supply chain. We turn the names, locations, specialities and profiles of factories, trading companies and yarn or fabric suppliers into structured business cards, so buyers can tell within seconds whether a company is the kind of supplier they are looking for.

What 爱搜款 is

爱搜款 collects publicly available business information about companies across the apparel supply chain: registered name, region, address, speciality, company profile, photo gallery, and — for some companies — a product list and product descriptions they uploaded themselves. Everything is organised per company: one company, one card, no duplicate listings.

The platform deliberately does not do three things. These boundaries are part of the product, not features we have not got round to:

Where the data comes from, and how we keep it honest

Card data arrives through two routes: companies register in the 爱搜款 mini app and maintain their own business information; or our operations team, with the company’s permission, helps companies and industry-belt service providers enter the information. Either way, the company itself is the final party that confirms the content of its card.

We build error prevention into three places, on the principle that it is better to make mistakes unlikely than to assign blame afterwards:

One thing needs to be said plainly: being listed is not the same as being certified. The company profile, gallery and product descriptions are self-reported content. 爱搜款 does not visit premises, does not verify business licences, and does not vouch for a company’s operating capability. Please run your own due diligence before making a purchasing decision.

Why online contact is the only contact option

We deliberately do not display phone numbers or WeChat QR codes on the page. This is not a technical limitation; it is an explicit product decision.

Once contact details on a business card are shown publicly, they are usually harvested in bulk within days, followed by indiscriminate cold calls, friend requests and mass messages. The people who actually suffer are the owners themselves: they put their information in so that the right kind of buyer could find them, not so that every marketing call could.

So 爱搜款 keeps contact inside the site. A buyer taps "Contact this company" on a card or a product page, and the message goes straight to the company’s mini app; the company reads it and decides whether to reply. That single design choice solves three problems at once:

The ranking rules are public

The website and the WeChat mini app share exactly the same ranking rules, and the website adds no extra weighting of its own. From highest priority to lowest:

There is no such product as a paid position here. If you see a company ranked near the top, the reason is always one of the three above.

Listing, corrections and removal

Content boundaries and disclaimer

爱搜款 is an information platform — not a marketplace, and not a guarantor. All company information on the platform is provided by the companies themselves. We make reasonable efforts at basic verification, but we do not promise that the information is complete or accurate, and we accept no joint liability for transactions, disputes or losses arising from the use of platform information.

If you believe a listing infringes your lawful rights (including impersonating a company name, misusing images, or exposing personal information), submit a report through the mini app with the necessary proof of rights, and we will act once it has been verified.

Who operates 爱搜款

爱搜款 is operated by 嘉兴市爱搜款网络科技有限公司. The site filing number is 浙ICP备2020037118号-1, and the filing subject is the same as the operating entity.

Questions about data, privacy, corrections and complaints are all handled through the feedback entry in the mini app — it carries the context of the specific page, and it leaves a record we can follow up on.

How to use 爱搜款

  1. Search, or browse by region

Type a company name, a product or a region into the home page; or narrow down province by province and city by city to see what a particular industry belt contains.

    Browse all business cards

  2. Read the card

A card page shows the company profile, region, photo gallery and product showcase. The gallery and the products are the best evidence of what a company actually makes — open both.

  3. Make contact

When a supplier looks like a fit, tap "Contact this company" and leave a message. It goes to the company’s mini app, and the thread stays in the site so you can return to it later.

Frequently asked questions

Does 爱搜款 charge anything?

Browsing, searching, viewing cards and contacting companies are all free for buyers, and public information needs no account to view (starting an online conversation does require signing in). Basic listing is free for companies too; membership is an optional paid service that only affects display order, never whether a company is listed.

Why can’t I find a company’s phone number or WeChat?

That is deliberate. The platform does not display phone numbers or WeChat QR codes; all contact goes through the on-site "Contact this company" form. It protects owners from bulk harassment, and it protects buyers from having to hand over their own phone number first.

What if the information does not match reality?

Profiles, galleries and product descriptions are self-reported by the companies. If you spot an obvious error, report it in the mini app and our team will correct or remove it after verification. If it is your own company, the fastest route is to edit it directly from the account that owns the card.

Which devices can I use?

The website works on phones and desktop browsers with nothing to install. The mini app runs inside WeChat and is more complete, covering card maintenance, message receiving and feedback. Both draw on the same data, so the company information you see is identical.

Can I export company data in bulk?

No. The platform offers no bulk export, no scraping API and no data sales. That is both a protection for company information and a natural extension of the "no contact details on display" principle.
